CONDITIONS OF USE
PLEASE
REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“TERMS OF USE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING
THEM, THEN PRINT THESE TERMS OF USE AND STORE THEM ALONG WITH ALL CONFIRMATION EMAILS,
ADDITIONAL TERMS, TRANSACTION DATA, GAME RULES AND PAYMENT METHODS RELEVANT TO YOUR
USE OF THE PLATFORMS AND/OR GIG SERVICES. THESE TERMS OF USE ARE SUBJECT TO AMENDMENT
OR TERMINATION AS HEREIN PROVIDED.
You accept to be bound by these Terms of Use by clicking on “I Agree”. After you
click on “'I Agree”, a legally binding agreement on these Terms of Use is concluded
between, (a) you, and (b) GIG, LLC (“GIG”).
This website (“GIG Exchange Site”) is owned and operated by GIG. This document sets out the Terms of Use governing the contractual agreement between the player (“Player”) and GIG. Use of the GIG Exchange Site is subject to these Terms of Use.
To register and participate on the GIG Exchange Site, you must be a natural person,
at least18 years of age (or such legal minimum age in your jurisdiction).
The GIG Exchange Site is void where prohibited and restricted by law. Player understands and accepts that any
use of the GIG Exchange Site is at sole option, discretion and risk of the Player. By using the GIG Exchange Site, Player
acknowledges that the site is not offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent in
any way to the Player. GIG reserves
the right to deny access to the GIG Exchange Site to anyone at the sole discretion
of GIG.
Real Money Account
To open a real money account (“Money Account”) you (i) must not be a resident of
the United States who resides in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware,
Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, South Carolina, South Dakota,
Tennessee or Vermont, or be subject to the laws in any one of those states and (ii)
you must not be a resident of a jurisdiction, or be subject to the laws of a jurisdiction
where creating a Money Account on the GIG Exchange Site is prohibited or restricted
by law. Individuals residing in a jurisdiction
where the creation of a Money Account is prohibited or where the use of the Gig
Exchange site is prohibited are not eligible to create a Money Account, participate
in games on the GIG Exchange Site or receive any winnings. You are subject
to all laws of the state, province and/or country in which you reside and from which
you access the GIG Exchange Site and are held solely responsible for obeying those
laws. You agree that GIG cannot be held liable if laws applicable to you restrict
or prohibit your participation. GIG makes no representations or warranties,
implicit or explicit, as to your legal right
to participate in any game or tournament offered on the GIG Exchange Site nor shall
any person affiliated or claiming affiliation with GIG have authority to make any
such representations or warranties.
GIG reserves the right to track the location from which you access the GIG Exchange
Site and to block access from any jurisdiction in which participation is illegal
or restricted. GIG may require any Player to provide GIG with proof of eligibility
in order to receive any winnings.
Player Identification
The name on Player’s Money Account must match the true and legal name of the Player. To verify Player’s name and identity,
GIG reserves the right to request further additional proof of identity from the
Player. Failure to supply such identification
may result in suspension of the Money Account.
Deposits
To create a Money Account, you will be required to pay funds into your Money Account
by any of the methods permitted by the GIG Exchange Site. Such funds will
be deposited into your Money Account upon actual receipt of funds by GIG. Minimum
and maximum limits may be applied to the payments into your Money Account, depending
upon your history with the GIG Exchange Site, the method of deposit, and other factors
as determined solely by GIG. All payments
into your Money Account must be from a payment source on which you are the named
account holder. GIG may impose dollar
amount limitations on the payment transactions you use to fund your activities on
the GIG Exchange Site. GIG may, but is under no obligation to, impose limits
on the net dollar amount you may lose on the GIG Exchange Site in any calendar month;
should your losses reach the designated limit, your ability to play real money games
offered on the GIG Exchange Site will be restricted until the beginning of the next
calendar month. GIG reserves the right to impose or change these dollar amount
limitations at any time. GIG also reserves the right to require you to confirm
or validate any or all deposits previously made to your Money Account. You
acknowledge that in the case of a dispute, your validation may be used by GIG as
evidence of your deposits. GIG is NOT a bank and funds are not insured by any government
agency. No interest is payable on amounts on deposit in your Money Account.
Third Party
Electronic Service Providers.
GIG uses third-party electronic payment processors and financial institutions (“Electronic Service
Providers”) to process deposits and withdrawals into and from
your Money Account. You irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct
such Electronic Service Providers to handle Money Account deposits and withdrawals
from your Money Account and you irrevocably agree that GIG may give such instructions
on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted through the GIG Exchange
Site. You agree to be bound by the
terms and conditions of use of each applicable Electronic Service Provider, and
in the event or conflict between these Terms of Use (including the Money Account
Policy) and the Electronic Service Providers’ terms and conditions, then these Terms
of Use shall prevail. You agree that GIG is not liable for any loss caused
by any unauthorized use of your credit card or other method of payment by an Electronic
Service Provider in connection with your use of the GIG Exchange Site, except as
a result of the willful misconduct of GIG or its employees.
All references to dollars or “$” on the GIG Exchange Site are references to US dollars
(USD). All transactions (including deposits and withdrawals) will be denominated
in US dollars unless otherwise expressly stated. If you make a deposit that
is denominated in a currency other than US dollars, please be aware that the funds
will be converted into US dollars by our Electronic Service Providers or your financial
institution and you may be charged a service fee for such conversion. Please
also be aware that Electronic Service Providers or your financial institution may
use different conversion rates for deposit and refund transactions. The conversion
rate used is not under the control of GIG and we recommend that you contact your
financial institution directly for more information.
Wager
When a Player participates in a real money game, the wager for such real money games
are immediately deducted from such Player’s Money Account balance. By participating
in a real money game and paying this wager to GIG Exchange Site, each Player acknowledges
that these funds are held by GIG and that the Player grants an irrevocable authority
to pay the winner of the real money game the sum total of the wager less the GIG
service fee associated with such real money game.
This service fee allows for the continued service and maintenance of the
GIG Exchange Site and the development of additional content for existing GIG Exchange
Site titles and new GIG Exchange Site titles in the future. At present, the
cash winnings in each game or tournament represent a varied percentage of the fees
as shown below in the fee schedule, although this is subject to change from time
to time by GIG without notice to you.

Withdrawals from Money Account
When requesting a withdrawal from Player’s Money Account, account holders with pending
deposits must wait until those funds clear before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawing
privileges will also be revoked for security purposes when account fraud is suspected.
The minimum withdrawal is $10 USD or the player’s entire balance (if less than $10
USD). All withdrawals are subject to a withdrawal free.
A withdrawal fee (“Withdrawal
Fee”) of $3 USD applies to all Players.
Withdrawals will be sent to Player via checks and will be mailed within 5
business days of GIG’s receipt of a withdrawal notice. All checks will be mailed
to the current address on the Player’s Money Account file. If a check is returned
to GIG Exchange Site for any reason including an incorrect address, the Player’s
account will be suspended. It is the
sole responsibility of the Player to notify GIG of any change of address.
Please be advised that game credits from free jackpot tournaments cannot be withdrawn.
Credits are prizes deposited into cash accounts as part of a promotion. Players may
use credits to participate in real cash tournaments as an entry fee. Applicable service
fees shall be applied to your tournament and the winnings from the tournament shall be
credited into your account as real money, not credits, until you have exhausted all game
credits. Note that if you win a game, 100% of your winnings shall be returned to you in
real cash and as such, can be withdrawn at any time.
To abolish fraudulent behavior, GIG reserves the right to require Player to submit
proof of identity of Player to ascertain the validity of the withdrawal request. If such proof is not received by GIG within
30 days, the withdrawal request will be cancelled and the account will be suspended. The credit on the account will then be
donated to the Youth for Technology Foundation.*
All federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with any winnings awarded
to you are your sole liability.
Free Jackpot Tournaments
Players will only be allowed to win a free jackpot tournament once in a 30 day period,
excluding winning game credits by random drawings. Once Player is awarded game credits for
winning a free jackpot tournament, excluding winnings by random drawings, Player will be
restricted from participating in any and all free jackpot tournaments for 30 days.
Forfeiture and Account Suspension/Termination
GIG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or freeze accounts if GIG determines, acting reasonably,
that: (i) you have breached any term of these Terms of Use; (ii) you are participating
in any attempt to defraud GIG through the use of credit cards or other methods of
payment, regardless of the outcome; (iii) you have failed to honor legitimate charges
or requests for payment, or you have ‘charged back’ or denied any of the purchases
or deposits that you made to your Money Account; (iv) you are participating in any
attempt to cheat another Player through collusion or other techniques, regardless
of the outcome; or (v) you become bankrupt or subject to analogous proceedings occur
anywhere in the world.
If you are suspected of having violated the Rules of Conduct, GIG reserves the right
to suspend your Money Account, block access to the GIG Exchange Site, or freeze
the funds in your Money Account pending for up to 6 months during the investigation
period.
The failure of GIG to enforce at any time any of the provisions of these Terms of
Use, or the failure to require at any time performance by you of any of the provisions
of these Terms of Use, shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver
of such provisions, nor in any way affect the right of GIG to enforce each and every
such provision thereafter. The express waiver by GIG of any provision, condition
or requirement of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of any future
obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.
Inactive Accounts
If you do not use your Money Account to play a real money game in any consecutive
12-month period, then your Money Account will be deemed inactive. In the event
that your Money Account has been deemed inactive for any consecutive 12-month period,
GIG reserves the right to deem all credits in your Money Account have expired and
to remove those credits from your account.
All expired credit will be donated to the Youth for Technology Foundation.
Closing Money Account
Subject to these Terms of Use, you are entitled to close your Money Account at any
time by contacting GIG. GIG will respond to your request within a reasonable
time provided that you continue to assume responsibility for all activity on your
Money Account until such closure has been effected by us. GIG is entitled to terminate
these Terms of Use immediately on notice (or attempted notice) to you at the email
address you have provided GIG.
All Player Accounts
By creating an account on the GIG Exchange Site, each Player is deemed to declare
that he or she has fully complied with and agrees to be bound by these Terms of
Use and agrees, on behalf of himself/herself and his or her heirs, executors and
administrators to release GIG and its affiliates, agencies and/or representatives
from all liability, claims and demands arising out of his or her use of the GIG
Exchange Site.
No Warranties.
GIG makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to a Player’s
legal right to participate in any game or tournament offered on the GIG Exchange
Site.
GIG assumes no responsibility for: (i) interrupted games due to the malfunction
of computer equipment, software or data, or otherwise; (ii) accounts lost, stolen,
delayed, damaged or misdirected; (iii) the failure, interruption, technical malfunction
or delay of any communication, including emails, to be received by GIG or the GIG
Exchange Site, for any reason; (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether
caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the GIG Exchange
Site or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries
in the GIG Exchange Site. GIG also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable
for, any damages to, or malicious code, including computer viruses, that may infect
your personal computer or related equipment as a result of your access to, use of,
or browsing of the GIG Exchange Site or your downloading of any materials, data,
text, images, video or audio from the GIG Exchange Site. GIG reserves the right
to cancel, terminate or suspend the GIG Exchange Site in whole or in part at any
time.
BY CREATING
AN ACCOUNT ON THE GIG EXCHANGE SITE YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORMS,
DOWNLOAD OF ANY SOFTWARE RELATING TO THE SERVICES FROM THE PLATFORMS AND USE OF
THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE OPTION, DISCRETION AND RISK. FURTHERMORE, GIG SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ATTEMPTS BY YOU TO USE THE SERVICES BY METHODS, MEANS OR WAYS
NOT INTENDED BY GIG. GIG IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE REDUNDANT OR BACKUP NETWORKS
AND/OR SYSTEMS. GIG WILL PROVIDE THE
SERVICES WITH REASONABLE SKILL AND CARE AND SUBSTANTIALLY AS DESCRIBED IN THESE
TERMS OF USE. GIG DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER PROMISES OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SERVICES. GIG'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY
THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR YOUR USE OF THE GIG SERVICES OR
THE COMPUTER PROGRAMS RELATING TO THE GIG SERVICES WE MAKE AVAILABLE FROM THE PLATFORMS,
WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE
LIMITED IN ANY TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD TO THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU HAVE PAID FROM
YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SAME TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD AND IN RELATION TO THE GIG SERVICE
RELEVANT TO WHICH THE LIABILITY IN QUESTION HAS ARISEN.
GIG (INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES)
WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE
FOR ANY BUSINESS LOSSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE,
BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, REPUTATION OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR FOR ANY
LOSSES WHICH ARE NOT CURRENTLY FORESEEABLE BY US ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE
OR YOUR USE OF THE GIG SERVICES.
If you are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of GIG, or a supplier
or vendor to GIG, you are not permitted to create a Money Account or to use any
of the GIG Services (each a “Prohibited Person”), other than in the course of your
employment as a GIG employee. In addition, relatives of Prohibited Persons are not
permitted to create Money Accounts or to use any of the GIG Services. “Relative”
shall mean a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
The terms GIG, GIG EXCHANGE and any other marks used by GIG are the trademarks,
service marks and/or trade names of GIG or its licensors. Further, all other material
used by GIG including, but not limited to, the software, images, pictures, graphics,
photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text (and any intellectual property
rights in and to any of the same) is owned by GIG and/or licensors and is protected
by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. You obtain no rights in
such copyright material or trade or service marks and must not use them without
GIG’s written permission.
Amendments to Terms of Use
GIG reserves the right to amend the GIG Exchange Site and these Terms of Use at
any time. Your continued use of the GIG Exchange Site following such modifications
signifies your acceptance of those modifications. You are responsible for
reviewing these Terms of Use periodically for any such modifications.
Governing
Law and Forum
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Virginia, irrespective of any principles of conflicts of law.
You acknowledge that by registering on the GIG Exchange Site there is a real
and substantial connection between Virginia and you and your use of the GIG Exchange
Site. By registering for an account, you further agree that any dispute that
cannot be resolved between GIG and yourself shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action. You further agree that any legal action
arising from any dispute relating to these Terms of Use and/or your use of the GIG
Exchange Site shall be conducted only in the state and federal courts located in
Virginia, and you hereby irrevocably submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in
such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
If any part of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable
in any respect, it will not affect the validity of the remainder of the Terms of
Use, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to their terms.
We
reserve the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge these Terms of Use,
in whole or in part, to any person (but without your consent) without notice, provided
that any such assignment will be on the same terms or terms that are no less advantageous
to you. You may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer in any manner whatsoever
any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use.
Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms of Use has no right under local law or
statute to rely upon or enforce any term of these Terms of Use.
PRIVACY POLICY (“Privacy Policy”)
The GIG Exchange Site collects information when a Player registers on the GIG Exchange
Site, through contact forms and surveys, and through their interaction with the
GIG Exchange Site. Individuals may
also disclose information about themselves when they use features on the sites such
as Player forums or when the contact GIG. We may also require you to provide
additional personal information in the process of identity and address verification.
A. Information Collected
GIG collects two types of information from you when you visit its sites: information
that does not identify you personally (“Non-Personal Information”), and information
that does identify you personally (“Personal Information”).
We consider information that may be used to identify an individual, including,
but not limited to, first and last name, date of birth, credit card information,
home or other physical address, email address, phone number or other contact information
to be Personal Information. You may be asked to provide Personal Information when
you use our website, register for an account or use the GIG Exchange Site. The Personal
Information that we collect, in addition to the foregoing, may include: shipping
information, billing information, transaction history, website usage preferences,
and feedback regarding the GIG Service. This information is held by GIG.
In addition, when you interact with the GIG Exchange Site, our servers keep
an activity log unique to you that collects certain administrative and traffic information
including: source IP address, time of access, date of access, web page(s) visited,
language use, software crash reports and type of browser used. This information
is essential for the provision of and the quality of the GIG Service. We do not
collect Personal Information about you on the GIG Service without your knowledge.
In addition to collecting Personal Information directly from visitors to the sites,
we may also collect Personal Information from third parties such as marketing partners
who have been provided permission to share that information with us.
B. Cookies
The GIG Exchange Site uses cookies.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or equipment when
you visit certain online pages that record your preferences.
We use cookies to track use of the GIG Exchange Site and may use cookies
to monitor traffic to the site and improve the GIG Exchange Site. The cookie
identifies your browser but will not let a website know any Personal Information
about you. These files are then used by such websites as a kind of electronic
identification tag when Players re‑visit that site. Since cookies are only
text files, they cannot run on your computer, search your computer for other information
or transmit any information to anyone.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If you wish, you can
change your browser settings either to notify you when you have received a cookie,
or to refuse to accept cookies. Please be aware however, that if you choose
to not accept cookies, you will not be able to create an account on the GIG Exchange
Site.
C. Personal Information about Children
To comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we do not
allow children under 18 years of age to create accounts on the site and we do not
knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 years of age through
our sites. In addition, in the event that a visitor to our sites identifies himself
or herself as a child under the age of 18, we will not collect, store or use any
Personal Information of such individual. In the event that we receive Personal
Information that we discover was provided by a child under the age of 18, we will
promptly delete such Personal Information in a secure manner.
D. Use of Personal Information
GIG uses the Personal Information we collect from you to provide customer support,
to undertake necessary security and identify verification checks, to process any
of your online transactions, meet certain business requirements and for any other
purpose related to the operation of the GIG Exchange Site. Your Personal Information
may also be shared with our affiliates, agents and suppliers in order to provide
our services and provide you with promotional offers and information regarding their
products and services and in order for them to better provide a range of products
and services and improved customer service. From time-to-time, we may request information
from you via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is
completely voluntary, and, therefore, you have the choice of whether or not to disclose
such information. Information requested may include contact information (such as
name, correspondence address and telephone number), and demographic information
(such as zip or postal code or age). If you choose to participate in a survey or
contest and win, by accepting any contest prize or winnings from us, you consent
to use of your name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without
additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Unless you have elected
not to receive promotional information, we may also use your Personal Information
(including your email address and phone number) to provide you with information
regarding any similar products, services and promotions, including other gaming
products of ours (including, where legal, online poker, casino and bingo services)
and relevant products and services from selected third parties. We will not sell,
lease or share your Personal Information except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Certain Excluded Disclosures
We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law, or if we
believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with any legal
process served on GIG; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; or (3) act
to protect the personal safety of Players or the public.
If, in our sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted
to defraud GIG or any other Player in any way including, but not limited to, game
manipulation or payment fraud, or if we suspect you of fraudulent payment, including
use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback
or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering),
we reserve the right to share this information (together with your identity) with
other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
Access
You may 'opt out' of receiving any promotional communications either by choosing
to opt out where such option is made available on the GIG Exchange Site or in an
email you receive from us, or at any time by sending an email to info@gigexchange.com.
In addition, you may contact us at this email addresses if you: 1) want to confirm
the accuracy of the Personal Information we have collected about you; 2) would like
to update your Personal Information or delete your Personal Information; and/or
3) have any complaint regarding our use of your Personal Information. If requested,
we will change any information you have provided to us or mark any information to
prohibit future use, provided that you provide evidence as we may reasonably require
for such changes.
Changes to Privacy Policy
All policies and procedures of GIG Exchange Site are reviewed periodically and,
as such, we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please refer
to this page for the most recent version of this Privacy Policy.
Legal Disclaimer
The GIG Exchange Site operates 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE,' without liability of
any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. Because of
the complex and constantly changing nature of our technology and business, we cannot
guarantee nor do we represent that there will be error-free performance regarding
the privacy of your Personal Information, and we will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to the use or release of
Personal Information.
Merger
If we should ever file for bankruptcy or be acquired by a third party, merge with
a third party, sell all or part of our assets, or otherwise transfer substantially
all of our relevant assets to a third party, we are entitled to share the Personal
Information and all other information you have provided through the GIG Service
to potential and subsequent business and merger partners.
RULES OF CONDUCT
The GIG Exchange Site is committed to providing a safe and secure gaming environment
for our Players. We reserve the right to take immediate action in the event
that we believe a player is failing to observe the terms of this Rules of Conduct
and the Anti-Cheating Policy. We do this to protect our Players and the integrity
of the GIG Exchange Site.
If you intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly, disclose your account
name and password to another person, and such disclosure results in a third party
participating in matches using your player account, such participation may be held
valid, and you will not be refunded any resulting losses, regardless of whether
or not the third party had your consent or not. If you misplace, forget, or
lose your account name or password because of anything other than GIG Exchange Site’s
error, GIG Exchange Site shall not be liable.
GIG Exchange Site will not tolerate abusive, defamatory, libelous, discriminatory
or offensive language on the GIG Exchange Site including, without limitation, in
Player names, on the chat boards, in Player forums, through in-game chat, or in
interaction with GIG. Similarly, GIG
Exchange Site will not permit language which violates the intellectual property
rights of another party on the GIGExchange.com site. Any violation of this policy
will result in a suspension of the Player’s account or any other action as may be
reasonably required by GIG to ensure compliance. In addition, you are not
entitled to make untrue, malicious or damaging comments with regard to GIG Exchange
Site’s operation in any media or forum.
The creation of more than one account per player and/or using accounts in any way
which could put other players not engaging in such activity at a competitive
disadvantage where the unfairness in such activity is a result of elements
introduced from outside of the context of the game itself is strictly prohibited.
Anti-Cheating Policy
There are entities that offer programs ("BOTS") specifically created to play a game
in place of an actual (human) player, and conceal its use from the other players
while avoiding detection by the online gaming site.
Such BOTS offer the user an unfair advantage over other online players not
using that program. Any and all programs
which: (i) advertise as a key feature that the user will gain an unfair advantage
or they promise to help a player to cheat; or (ii) by their use, the user is intended
to remain concealed from the other players and from the "operator" (i.e., the GIG
Exchange Site); or (iii) steal legally protected material (for example, player identities)
that violate International Copyright Laws as well as Privacy Laws, are strictly
prohibited on the GIG Exchange Site.
IF THESE TERMS OF USE ARE TRANSLATED INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE, THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE
VERSION WILL PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TRANSLATION AND THE
ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION.
*The Youth for Technology Foundation (“YFT”) is an international
non-profit organization that works to integrate technology into disadvantaged communities
around the world to effectively improve the lives of people who live in these communities. GIG has selected to donate all unclaimed
and expired funds from accounts to YFT because of the importance of the work YFT
does and like YFT, GIG feels strongly about the significance of the role technology
plays in our youth today and realizes the need to “bridge the digital canyon” in
developing countries.
